SJ's latest EP, "Nikki", released in December 2018, is his first original release since 2013 when he took a break from the road, settled down, and started a family. It represents a natural evolution in lyrical content and vocal performance, and is a sort of ode to family and the love that guides us through the cycle of life.

SJ has been releasing original music since 2009, and has earned over two dozen independent artist music awards and nominations, including a nomination as a Discovery of the Year by Sirius XM The Coffeehouse in 2011. His music has been licensed for TV and film throughout the world.
